The average sessions needed for laser hair removal is 8 but you may need as little as 6 or as many as 12 depending on multiple factors such as treatment area and skin type, this will all be covered in your initial consultation. Treatments are normally spaced 4-6 weeks apart

How does laser hair removal work?
Selective thermolysis is when specifically selected wavelengths of laser light are pulsed into the skin and absorbed by the darker pigment (melanin) in the hair shaft.
This light energy is converted into heat which is transferred into the hair follicle damaging the follicle and inhibiting future hair growth.
Up to a maximum of 30% of follicles can be terminated per treatment.
Is laser hair removal safe?
All lasers carry an inherent risk, they must carry the correct certification and should only be operated by trained professionals.
